(Stockholm, February 24, 2011) - - - Autoliv (NYSE: ALV and SSE: ALIV) has filed its Form 10-K, which includes the Company's 2010 annual report, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The 10-K is available at the SEC Edgar website www.sec.gov (http://www.sec.gov/).
The document will also be available in a reader-friendly pdf-version (including graphs and other illustrations) at Autoliv's corporate website www.autoliv.com (http://www.autoliv.com/), under the section "Investors/ Filings" and "Investors/Financial Reports", respectively. The Company intends to have this version ready tomorrow, Friday February 25, for downloading from its web site.
Proxy Materials
Hard copies of the Annual Report will be available as of March 28, as will other documents for the 2011 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders. Shareholders in Autoliv Inc. on the Record Date, March 14, 2011, will be entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting which will be held on May 10, 2011 in Chicago, and those shareholders will receive a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials by regular mail at the beginning of April. This notice will include instructions on how to access the Proxy Materials electronically to vote on-line or receive hard copies of the Proxy Materials to vote by regular mail.
Hard copies of the 10-K and annual report -can be requested on-line at the company website anytime, for distribution after March 28, 2011.
